Job summary

Blackthorn.io seeks a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own the systems powering our marketing engine, optimize the Martech stack, and deliver reliable performance reporting. You will drive integrations, automation, and measurement across marketing, sales, and RevOps.

You’ll work hands-on with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, and AI-enabled tooling to build scalable campaigns, dashboards, and data workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and automation platforms in B2B marketing operations.
• Strong API, integration, and data-flow understanding for marketing systems.
• Hands-on in GitHub operations and AI tooling for automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, and related apps touched by Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
