Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics, driving campaign execution, data integrity, and performance reporting.

You will manage our marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo), optimize integrations, build automation, and deliver scalable marketing operations across a remote, global

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrates significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, Github operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo, and related apps touches Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
