Job summary

Blackthorn.io seeks a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems powering our marketing engine. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related tools, build automated workflows, and deliver accurate performance reporting across campaigns and attribution.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead routing, data quality, and ROI. A strong technical mindset and experience with APIs and integrations are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B marketing operations and technical systems.
• Strong understanding of data flows between marketing, sales and RevOps.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot-like tools).
• Build and maintain automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports for campaign performance and ROI measurement.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversions.
