Blackthorn.io seeks a Marketing Operations Engineer to own the marketing tech stack, optimize integrations, and build scalable automation across marketing, sales, and revops. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related tools, while delivering dashboards and data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical problem-solving, independence, and collaboration across teams, with a remote-friendly, global team setup and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Experience in B2B marketing operations and in technical marketing roles.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, and GitHub operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and similar tools.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, forms, and CMS platforms.
• Ability to build dashboards, analyze marketing performance, and manage campaign attribution.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack and ensure seamless system integration.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, forms, and CMS platforms with AI-powered/no-code tools.
• Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms; resolve technical issues.
