Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering the marketing engine. You will manage our marketing technology stack, ensure seamless integrations between marketing, sales, and revops, and deliver accurate performance reporting.

You will work with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, and CMS tools to build automation workflows, dashboards, and data governance while partnering across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize marketing technology stack and integrations across marketing, sales, and revops.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
