Job summary
Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own the marketing tech stack, optimize integrations, and drive data-backed campaigns from inception to reporting. You will work across marketing, sales, and RevOps to streamline lead routing, campaigns, and attribution while leveraging AI tools to automate processes.
The role is fully remote with a global team and requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms to deliver scalable, efficient marketing
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing operations and technical roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing tech stacks and data flows.
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing technology stack and integrations.
- Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
- Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and conversion rates.
- Ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms and resolve technical issues.
