Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering our marketing engine. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and related apps, build automations, dashboards, and data workflows to improve lead management and ROI.

You will work with a remote global team, leveraging AI tooling and no-code solutions to deliver scalable marketing operations. High autonomy and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations and marketing technology.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, and GitHub operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Pardot).
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize marketing tech stack integrations across marketing, sales and revops.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing and nurture programs.
• Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage website updates, landing pages and forms with AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Ensure data quality and issue resolution across marketing systems.
