Advocate Health is seeking a Marketing Operations Leader to drive financial discipline, scalable processes, and performance reporting within the Enterprise Corporate - Consumer Experience, Insights & Analytics scope. This fully remote role supports marketing operations across multiple states, including Indiana, with a 40-hour work week.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or finance-related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to translate strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, operations, or related field.
• Experience with budgets, processes, and performance reporting in a complex environment.
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or process-improvement certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflows.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning aligned to priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks for visibility into performance and financials.
• Support agency and vendor management processes and performance.
