Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations professional to drive financial management, process optimization, and performance reporting across a large health system’s marketing function.

You will operationalize planning models, ensure fiscal discipline, and scale processes to support measurable performance in a fully remote role with minimal travel and limited relocation requirements.

Competenze

• 5+ years in marketing operations or business operations.
• Experience managing budgets and performance reporting.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting with KPIs/OKRs.
• Design and improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflows to increase efficiency.
