Advocate Health is seeking a remote-capable Marketing Operations leader to drive financial management, process optimization, and resource planning for a large health system. The role focuses on scalable operational models, governance, and performance reporting across a cross-functional team.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in marketing operations, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, finance, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, finance, or a related field with budgeting and reporting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational systems and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring alignment to KPIs, OKRs, and ROI expectations.
• Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, governance, and workflow processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing, agency utilization, and workload distribution to business priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks, delivering clear visibility into performance, financials, and operational health.
• Support agency and vendor management processes, ensuring alignment with contracts, deliverables, and performance expectations.
