Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own the systems and processes powering our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics, requiring hands-on problem solving and a drive to build scalable marketing operations.

You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related tools; create automation and dashboards; ensure data quality; and collaborate with RevOps and marketing to improve lead management and

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI tooling, and Github operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience managing websites, landing pages, forms, and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing technology stack including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain integrations between marketing, sales, and revops systems.
• Build and optimize automation workflows, lead routing, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI/no-code tools.
• Build dashboards to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revops to improve lead management.
