Blackthorn.io is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems, tools, and processes powering the marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics, and involves managing the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integrations, and delivering accurate performance reporting.

You'll build scalable automation, leverage AI, and collaborate with RevOps, sales, and marketing to improve lead management,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or marketing technology.
• Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, and GitHub operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related apps.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
