Job summary

Blackthorn.io is seeking a highly technical Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems powering the marketing engine. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and website integrations, leveraging AI-powered tools to make campaigns more efficient.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and RevOps, building scalable processes, dashboards, and data quality across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze marketing performance.
• Experience with AI tooling and Github operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and revops teams to improve lead management and conversion rates.
