Blackthorn.io is hiring a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo, and related apps. You will build and improve automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns while ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in B2B marketing operations or similar technical roles.
Significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, and self-reliance.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead routing.
Create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
