Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, with focus on automation and data integrity.

You will build dashboards, manage integrations, and partner with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management and attribution. This role is remote with a strong emphasis on independent ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or similar technical role.
• Hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
• Familiar with MCP, AI tooling, and GitHub operations.
• Ability to build dashboards and perform attribution analysis.
• Independent with strong ownership and problem solving.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Mansioni

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and improve integrations between marketing, sales, and RevOps systems.
• Build and refine automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI/no-code tools.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, leads, and ROI.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps to improve lead management.
