Blackthorn.io, a remote-first company, seeks a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the martech stack, leverage AI tools, and deliver scalable marketing operations. You will manage Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, and Apollo, building automation workflows and robust dashboards.

The role sits at the crossroads of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics, requiring independent ownership and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or related technical role.
• Significant experience with MCP and AI tooling, GitHub operations.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Qualified, Apollo.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing technology stack and integrations.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead routing.
• Create dashboards and reports for campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy across marketing platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues across marketing systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revops teams.
