Advocate Health is seeking a senior marketing operations leader to drive financial management, process optimization, and capacity planning across the marketing organization. You will own budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting while aligning with KPI/OKR/ROI targets.

You will also optimize workforce planning, manage agency/vendor relationships, and develop scalable reporting frameworks to monitor operational health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing budgets, operational processes, and performance reporting in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Process discipline with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own budget planning, tracking, forecasting, and reporting with KPI/OKR/ROI alignment.
• Lead workforce and capacity planning, aligning staffing and workload with priorities.
• Develop reporting frameworks delivering visibility into performance and health.
