Blackthorn.io is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the marketing tech stack across Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, Apollo, and related apps. You will build automation, improve lead routing, and deliver dashboards tracking ROI and attribution.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, API familiarity, and collaboration with marketing, sales, and revops. This is a fully remote position for a global team with US-based presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations and marketing technology.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of data flows, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing tech stack end-to-end.
• Build and improve automation workflows, lead routing, and nurture campaigns.
