Job summary

Blackthorn is seeking a Marketing Operations Engineer to own and optimize the systems that power our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, technology, and analytics, with a focus on AI and automation to scale processes.

You will manage integrations, build dashboards, and drive accurate performance reporting across marketing platforms, including Salesforce and Pardot. Remote-first team with US-wide eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrates significant experience with MCP, AI-tooling, Github operations, and self-reliance.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (Pardot), Qualified, Apollo.
• Maintain and optimize integrations between marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and forms using AI-powered and no-code tools.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality across marketing platforms.
