Job summary

Blackthorn seeks a Marketing Operations Engineer to own the marketing tech stack, optimize integrations, and build scalable automation. You’ll lead campaigns, dashboards, and data integrity across Salesforce, Pardot, and related tools while collaborating with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, AI-powered tooling, and proactive ownership in a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our marketing technology stack including Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
• Build and improve marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and segmentation.
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Maintain data quality across marketing platforms and manage system integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revops to improve lead management.
