Job summary

mPulse is a leader in conversational AI and member engagement for healthcare. The Marketing Automation & Data Specialist will optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights across the funnel.

You’ll own data integrity, workflows, and reporting, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to drive pipeline growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations and marketing automation.
• ~2+ years of Salesforce experience, including attribution and reporting.
• Hands-on analytics: building reports, reconciling data across systems.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, and segmentation.
• Salesforce certification and account-based marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across the organization.
• Build and maintain campaigns and assets in the marketing automation platform and CRM.
• Develop marketing emails, forms, landing pages, and list processing workflows.
• Create marketing dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven insights.
