Job summary

mPulse is a leader in conversational AI for healthcare and seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist. You will own data flows, drive marketing tech integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper), and deliver actionable insights across the funnel.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, and support pipeline growth. This is a high-visibility, collaborative role with significant impact.

Qualifications

Proven ability to analyze data independently and reconcile information across systems.
Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including workflows and integrations.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with pivot, lookups, and large datasets.
Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to achieve shared goals.
4+ years of marketing operations/automation experience or equivalent.
2+ years of Salesforce experience: attribution, reporting, field mapping.
Hands-on analytics experience: build reports from scratch and interpret data.
Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.

Responsibilities

Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync issues.
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
Ensure CRM data integrity and quality across the organization.
Design campaigns across MA platform and CRM with consistent structure and tagging.
Create and QA emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing end-to-end.
Develop marketing reports and dashboards; verify accuracy before distribution.
Analyze campaign/channel performance; provide written findings and recommendations.
Support attribution and funnel reporting from first touch to pipeline.
