mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize tech stacks and automate outreach. You will own workflows, data integrity, and performance reporting across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools.

Reporting to Marketing Ops, you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to improve pipeline growth and drive informed decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation.
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience with attribution and reporting.
• Experience with data hygiene, deduplication, suppression, and list validation.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports, reconcile data, draw conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.

Mansioni

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync errors.
• Build and optimize marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure quality standards across teams.
• Create and manage campaigns within marketing automation platforms and CRM.
• Design, test, and validate emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing.
