mPulse, a leader in conversational AI and member engagement for healthcare, is seeking a data‑driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing tech, automate outreach, and deliver performance insights. You will own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, and more.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll ensure data integrity, manage campaigns, and provide actionable reports to inform

Qualificações

• 4+ years in marketing operations/marketing automation or similar role with hands‑on platform ownership.
• ~2+ years Salesforce experience, including attribution, reporting, lead conversion, field mapping.
• Hands‑on analytics: building reports, reconciling data, drawing conclusions.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation.
• Experience with data hygiene: deduplication, suppression, list validation, integration sync errors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• SQL proficiency for querying CRM or data warehouse records.
• Experience supporting marketing platform migrations or CDP implementations.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, RingLead.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience supporting account‑based marketing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor data flow across connected systems, troubleshoot sync errors before impacting downstream work.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards for company‑wide usage.
• Create and maintain campaigns across marketing automation platform and CRM with clear structure and tagging.
• Build and quality‑check marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing from intake to CRM delivery.
• Develop and maintain marketing reporting and dashboards, ensuring accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign and channel performance and deliver written recaps with findings and recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting, including tracking governance and conversion measurement from first touch to pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales Development and Sales Operations on list quality, campaign readiness, lead handoff, and reporting.
• Assist with marketing operations projects and platform migrations, including documentation and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack and integrations, including field mappings and data flow between platforms.
• Maintain documented operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze data independently and explain findings in writing.
• Work across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Operations to achieve shared goals.
