Job summary

mPulse, a leader in conversational AI for healthcare, seeks a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power the demand engine. You will own marketing tech ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper) and drive data integrity, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize campaigns and pipeline growth.

Reporting to Marketing Operations, you will build automated campaigns, maintain dashboards, and ensure accurate attribution across first touch to sale.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data across systems and explain findings in writing.
• High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRMs, incl. workflows and integrations.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills, including pivots and lookups on large datasets.
• Collaborates across Marketing, Sales Development and Sales Operations to reach pipeline goals.
• 4+ years in marketing operations/automation with platform ownership.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution, reporting and field mapping.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports from scratch and reconcile data across systems.
• Experience administering enterprise marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, or quick learning via migrations.
• Data hygiene practices: deduplication, suppression, list validation, sync error resolution.
• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience; SQL proficiency required.
• Experience supporting marketing platform migrations or CDP implementations.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, Chili Piper, RingLead.
• Salesforce certification and account-based marketing experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across systems, troubleshoot sync errors, and prevent downstream issues.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and lead routing.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards across teams.
• Create campaigns across MAP and CRM with clear structure and tagging standards.
• Build and QA marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; manage list processing.
• Develop marketing reporting dashboards and verify accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign/channel performance and deliver written recaps with recommendations.
• Support attribution and funnel reporting with governance and measurement tracking.
• Partner with Sales Development on list quality, campaign readiness, and handoffs.
• Support platform migrations with documentation, data prep and testing.
• Administer marketing tech stack; manage field mappings and data flow between platforms.
• Document operational processes and identify efficiency improvements.
