mPulse is a leader in conversational AI for healthcare. We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to optimize marketing technology, automate outreach, and deliver actionable performance insights.

You will own systems, integrations, and processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Chili Piper to drive demand generation and accurate reporting. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Sales Operations to maintain data integrity, optimize workflows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Experience owning marketing automation platforms and CRM data flows.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data flow across connected systems and troubleshoot sync issues.
• Own end-to-end lead lifecycle: capture, validation, scoring, routing, and conversion.
• Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data quality and enterprise data standards.
• Create dashboards and reports to drive pipeline growth and insight.
