Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Specialist, Market Operations to provide frontline support for the Coinbase Derivatives Exchange (CDE) and Deribit. You will troubleshoot real-time issues, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and conduct deployment testing to protect production environments.

Requirements include a BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field with 1+ years in financial markets or tech operations, plus experience with multi-channel support and futures/options

Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field.
1+ years in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
Hands-on experience with futures or options trading workflows and error trade analysis.
Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat).
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic network protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading across CDE and Deribit.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality and market events.
Provide front-line support for investigations tied to exchange operations and error trades.
Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products and perform deployment testing.
Support onboarding of clients and vendors across exchanges.
Identify and document operational process improvements.
