Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange apps across CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, and connectivity.
• Coordinate with product and dev teams to deploy platform updates and testing.
• Support onboarding of clients and vendors across two exchanges.
