Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field required.
• 1+ year in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
• Knowledge of futures or options and error trade analysis.
• Experience delivering multi-channel support with high volume and time sensitivity.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol, SQL, Salesforce and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology.
• Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in pre-production environments.
• Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE.
• Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth.
