Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Specialist, Market Operations to provide real-time support for the Coinbase Derivatives Exchange and Deribit. You will troubleshoot, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and test deployments to safeguard production environments.

The role requires 1+ year in financial markets operations or a technical ops role, familiarity with futures/options, and multi-channel support experience. In a remote-first, hybrid setting, you will engage with internal teams and external clients

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
Demonstrated knowledge of listed futures or options; able to analyze error trades.

Responsibilities

Own real-time support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange apps across CDE and Deribit.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity and product schedules.
Provide front-line support for investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products and perform deployment testing in pre-production environments.
Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges.
Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with growth.
