Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading or supporting accounting system implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Direct delivery of client onboarding projects, managing timelines and budget.
• Oversee financial statement quality control across all clients.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, ensuring quality work.
