Job summary

Premier Nutrition is seeking a Market Development Manager to own a territory and drive in-store execution across retailers and distributors. This field-based role requires frequent travel, strong relationship building, and a hands-on approach to placing displays, SKUs, and promotions in stores.

You will partner with distributor teams, manage day-to-day territory performance, and use data to prioritize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in field sales, DSD, and distributor sales.
• Experience with beverages/CPG and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned territory and meet sales, distribution, display, and execution goals.
• Call on retailers, open accounts, and close distribution gaps.
• Sell SKUs and displays and ensure in-store execution.
• Use data and KPIs to prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate with distributor teams to improve results.
