Premier Nutrition Company is seeking a Market Development Manager to own a territory and grow the business at the store level. This field-based role involves building relationships with retailers and distributor partners, expanding distribution, and driving in-store execution of plans.

The position requires willingness to travel locally, strong knowledge of retail and distributor dynamics, and the drive to translate plans into measurable store results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in field sales, DSD, beverage/CPG, distributor sales, merchandising or a comparable environment with direct retail execution.
• Ability to call on retail accounts, sell incremental opportunities, and manage priorities across a territory.

Aufgaben

• Own an assigned territory and deliver against sales, distribution, display, and execution goals.
• Call on chain and independent retailers, open new accounts, close distribution gaps, and identify incremental growth opportunities.
• Sell new SKUs, displays, and secondary placements, then follow through to ensure execution happens in store.
• Use data and KPIs to prioritize opportunities and focus time where it can have the greatest impact.
• Take a hands-on approach to execution, including working with product and helping build, fill, and maintain displays when needed.
• Maintain distributor relationships and manage territory performance against KPIs.
