Premier Nutrition Company is seeking a Market Development Manager to own a territory and grow the business at the store level. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with retailers and distributor partners, expanding distribution, and ensuring in-store execution.

You will spend time calling on chain and independent accounts, opening new business, selling displays and placements, and collaborating with distributor teams to bring plans to life in-store.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Relevant experience in field sales, DSD, beverage/CPG, distributor sales, merchandising or direct retail execution is a plus.
• Ability to call on retail accounts, sell incremental opportunities, and manage priorities across a territory.
• Experience working with distributor teams or navigating a distributor-led environment.
• Ability to operate independently, manage a fast-moving field schedule, and use data and KPIs to prioritize work.
• Experience in beverage, convenience, DSD/distribution, or similar fast-paced environments with store-level execution is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Own an assigned territory and drive sales, distribution, display and execution goals.
• Call on retailers, open new accounts, close distribution gaps and identify growth opportunities.
• Sell new SKUs, displays and secondary placements and ensure in-store execution.
• Use data and KPIs to prioritize opportunities and maximize impact.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to improve follow-through and results.
