Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Business Development Manager to hire, coach, and lead a multilingual BDR team focused on Mandarin, Korean, Thai markets for the hospitality sector.

This remote leadership role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Cuisines and shapes the go-to-market motion across multiple languages. You’ll build a high-performing team, drive qualified pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and help Toast size opportunities while expanding coverage in

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English; coaching reps and communicating with prospects in Mandarin.
• 2+ years in a closing sales role with quota attainment.
• Strong coaching instinct and ability to develop reps.
• Metrics-driven with forecasting and pipeline discipline.
• Cultural humility and curiosity about diverse markets.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and high-pressure performance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 6-10 Business Development Representatives and own their productivity and pipelines.
• Coach reps to perform discovery and qualification in Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking prospects.
• Build systems and feedback loops to develop every rep, including those selling in languages you don’t speak.
• Run regular operating rhythms with disciplined forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Account Executives on clean handoffs and convertible pipeline.
• Gather frontline feedback to guide resource investment across markets.
• Identify ways to make the funnel more efficient with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborate with Enablement and Marketing to adapt messaging for each community.
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new reps, including coverage for new languages as the team expands.
• Develop people toward future roles in Strategic Cuisines AE and beyond.
