Job summary

Toast is seeking a fully remote Bilingual Strategic Cuisines Inside Account Executive (Mandarin) to drive new customer growth in Mandarin-speaking restaurants. You will handle inbound leads, perform demos, and close contracts in the customer’s preferred language, using a consultative sales approach.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, Salesforce experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with a distributed Toast team from a home office.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ years in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Mandarin or English.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer's language.
• Ensure onboarding and customer success after sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
