Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors to build and lead a high-performing team of Presales SEs in a remote, global setting. You will own regional GTM, mentor staff, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive adoption of Grafana products.

Your leadership will shape strategy, enablement, and customer success across major accounts. You will sponsor key customers, promote OSS and cloud offerings, and collaborate across engineering and product teams to

Qualifications

5+ years in high tech roles (Developer/Sales Engineer/Manager).
Experience mentoring and managing performance.
Open Source or Cloud-first product-led GTM experience.
Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales framework.
Experience selling monitoring/visualization products.
DevOps knowledge (IaC, CI/CD, GitHub Actions) a plus.

Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
Lead with a coaching mindset and balance field duties with team needs.
Sponsor key regional accounts and act as thought leader.
Plan, actions, and outcomes for the region with leadership guidance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and community events to raise Grafana’s profile.
Understand customer adoption strategies and develop enablement programs.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to deliver value.
Own quarterly team pipeline and targets, and regional PG plan with sales.
