Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors to lead a high-performing Presales SE team. You will recruit, mentor, and coach, balancing field responsibilities with team development, and sponsor key accounts at the regional level.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to shape strategy, enable customers, and drive adoption of Grafana’s OSS and cloud products across regions.

Qualifications

• Mentor a team of Presales SEs with diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in Open Source selling or Cloud-first go-to-market is a plus.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification framework.
• Strong DevOps understanding (IaC, CI/CD, GitHub Actions) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Lead from the front with executive sponsorship of key accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive adoption and pipeline.
