The candidate will forecast, align with leadership on priority initiatives, and develop talent through coaching and performance management across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. in related area or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years management experience.
• 5+ years sales in B2B marketplace.
• Deep understanding of customers and market dynamics.
• Ability to adjust operations to meet objectives.
• Coaching in sales process, product training, and development.
• Strong business and industry knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder and C-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Sales Specialist team driving new sales.
• Drive customer satisfaction and engagement improvements.
• Develop and prioritize plans aligned with leadership.
• Forecast accurately and report market and competitor activities.
