Remote with hub locations in DC, MN, MI, TX; strong leadership and strategic selling skills are essential. You will forecast, coach, and partner with marketing, finance, HR to maximize opportunities, while achieving targets and maintaining customer engagement
Qualifications
- B.S. in related area and/or like work experience desired.
- 5+ years management experience.
- 5+ years experience with successful sales in Business to Business marketplace.
- Experience coaching sales processes and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Sales Specialist team accountable for driving new sales.
- Relentlessly drives for high customer satisfaction and engagement improvements.
- Accurate forecasting and reporting; update Salesforce; monitor market and competitors.
