This role is remote with preferred access to hub locations in DC, MN, MI, or TX, and requires driving new sales, strategic problem solving, and strong customer engagement at executive levels. You will forecast, mentor your team, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Finance to align retention and growth objectives, while delivering on ambitious targets in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- Requires B.S. or equivalent work experience in related field.
- 5+ years of management experience in sales.
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Deep understanding of customers and market dynamics to provide value-added solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Sales Specialist team to drive new sales and revenue growth.
- Forecast accurately and monitor market and competitor activities; update Salesforce data.
- Coach, ride-alongs and performance reviews to develop talent and hit targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance and HR to maximize sales opportunities.
