Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is hiring a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead US onboarding for the sales team. You will drive GTM training, develop modules, and coordinate cross‑functional SMEs to ensure day-one readiness.

This role requires 50% travel and US citizenship for government-related work. You will partner with engineering, product, and sales operations to shape the curriculum and sustain ongoing learning programs across domestic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years Training & Enablement experience delivering programs or onboarding.
• Proven track record in executing structured training curricula.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and calendars.
• Strong communication skills and initiative.
• U.S. Citizenship required for government-related contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement program for U.S. sales.
• Develop and deliver training modules on internal processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to optimize curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets current and effective.
• Maintain a skill matrix to identify gaps in technical and operational readiness.
• Manage recurring refresher and advanced skills training calendars.
• Organize logistics for national training programs across time zones.
• Mentor new hires in field applications and customer engagements.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and field demos.
