Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharma company, seeks a Manager of Customer Analytics & Insights to deliver data-driven insights for franchise strategy and decision making. You will synthesize secondary data, support primary market research, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access.

You will design dashboards, ensure data quality, and apply advanced analytics and segmentation to inform brand planning,

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy, and/or prescriber-level data.
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS).
• Experience with pharma or healthcare datasets (IQVIA DDD, Xponent, patient claims data).
• Structured problem-solving skills and collaboration in a fast-paced matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources to inform brand planning and lifecycle strategy.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research across customer types.
• Interpret and communicate research findings to cross-functional stakeholders for actionable insights.
• Perform and interpret strategic market, competitive, and landscape analyses.
