Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Customer Analytics & Insights to deliver data-driven insights supporting franchise strategy and performance tracking. You will oversee secondary data analytics, support primary market research, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing secondary pharmaceutical data sources such as claims, EHR/EMR, specialty pharmacy.
• Strong proficiency with primary market research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
• Proficiency with analytics, visualization, and querying tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, R, SAS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of secondary data sources to support brand planning and lifecycle strategy.
• Synthesize insights across data sources to inform performance optimization and journey mapping for HCPs, patients, and payers.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative primary market research and integrate findings with primary data.
• Interpret research findings and communicate implications to cross-functional stakeholders.
