Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Operations (Business Development) to drive partner ecosystem growth. You will strengthen existing partnerships and secure high-value collaborations, reporting to the VP of Partnerships and shaping strategic direction for the portfolio.

You will help identify innovative tools and product solutions to unlock scalable opportunities, contributing to Jerry.ai's mission to own all aspects of asset ownership at scale.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Data-driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
Willingness to learn, adapt quickly and contribute to high-growth teams.

Responsibilities

Foster deep, trusted partner relationships as the primary contact.
Develop and execute structured business plans and quarterly OKRs.
Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
Negotiate mutually beneficial deals and lead growth opportunities.
Provide actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
Triages operational challenges to keep partnerships running smoothly.
