Job summary
Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to accelerate growth of our partner ecosystem. You will nurture existing alliances and secure high-value collaborations, shaping the strategic direction with cross-functional teams across product, operations, data, and sales.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Data-driven decision making and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Foster Strong Partner Relationships: Be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Take ownership of developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs that align with each partner's goals.
- Optimize Performance: Use data to uncover trends and identify opportunities to improve partner KPIs.
- Generate New Opportunities: Lead the creation of growth opportunities with existing and new partners through effective negotiation.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Regularly provide insights to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Resolve Challenges Quickly: Triage operational issues across partners and internal teams to keep initiatives on track.
