Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth of our partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships and secure high-value new collaborations aligned with our long-term vision.

You will collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies, reporting to the VP of Partnerships and accelerating growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Go-getter with a strong work ethic, quick learner and adaptable.
• Analytical thinker with ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the go-to person for deep, trusted collaboration.
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured plans aligned with partner goals.
• Optimize performance by diving into data, identifying trends, and improving KPIs.
• Generate new opportunities by negotiating mutually beneficial deals and expanding partnerships.
• Deliver actionable insights by providing regular updates to partners and internal teams.
• Resolve challenges quickly by triaging operational issues across partners and teams.
