Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager of Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth through strategic partnerships and an optimized partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Go-getter with strong work ethic, quick learner, and growth mindset
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze complex situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term collaboration and trust
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs with partner goals
• Optimize performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and surfacing opportunities to improve KPIs
• Generate new opportunities by negotiating mutually beneficial deals with current and new partners
• Deliver actionable insights with regular updates to partners and internal teams
• Resolve challenges quickly by triaging operational issues across partners and internal teams
