Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias for action.
• A go-getter with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, and a desire to contribute to the success of a high-growth company.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: Be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with existing partners.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Take ownership of developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs that align with each partner's unique goals.
• Optimize Performance: Use your analytical skills to dive into data, uncover trends, and identify key opportunities for improving business KPIs.
• Generate New Opportunities: Lead the charge in creating new growth opportunities with both existing and potential partners.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Perform analysis and regularly provide valuable insights to partners and internal teams.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: Be the problem-solver, triaging operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams.
