Jerry.ai is seeking a Manager, Business Development and Partnerships to drive growth of our partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships and identify high-value collaborations that align with our vision, working with product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute joint strategies.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you’ll shape the partnership roadmap and accelerate expansion across the organization.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with attention to detail
• Data-driven decision maker with the ability to analyze complex situations and make actionable decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Foster strong partner relationships and serve as primary contact for existing partners
• Develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner
• Identify opportunities to improve partner KPIs through data analysis and insights
• Lead creation of new growth opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals
• Provide regular insights and updates to partners and internal teams to maintain alignment
